Guide to Vegetable Crop Protection

This guide features current pest management recommendations for Manitoba commercial vegetable growers. Herbicide, fungicides/bactericides and insecticide charts by crop are included as well as product labels for more than 100 products. Pesticide safety, calibration tables and herbicide groups round out this comprehensive resource for the commercial grower.

Featured crops are asparagus, beans (snap and red), beets (red), broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cantaloupe, carrots, cauliflower, celery, corn (sweet), cucumber (greenhouse), eggplant, garlic, honeydew, horseradish, lettuce (greenhouse and field), muskmelon, onions (dry bulb and green), parsley, parsnip, peas, pepper (sweet), pumpkin, radish, rutabagas, spinach, squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes and watermelon.
