Harvesting

Growers are required to clean seeding and harvest equipment after use in a hemp crop, to prevent spread of seed or other plant material. Also, growers must keep detailed records of hemp purchases, sales, and other movements. All seed must be stored in a locked container or location which only authorized persons can access.
