Very Berry Yogurt Pops

Pina Colada Pops
 
1 cup (250 mL) strawberries, sliced (fresh or frozen)
1 cup (250 mL) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups (500 mL) YOGURT (raspberry, blueberry, or strawberry)
1 cup (250 mL) MILK (white or strawberry)


Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or small (3 oz/100 mL) paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially frozen then insert a wooden stick into the centre of each. Freeze until firm. To serve, peel off paper cup or run popsicle mold under warm water to loosen.

Makes 5 cups (1250 mL) or approximately 12-16 pops

½ cup (125 mL) crushed pineapple (undrained)
½ cup (125 mL) coconut milk (or cream of coconut)
1 cup (250 mL) WHIPPING CREAM
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) pineapple juice
3 Tbsp (45 mL) light rum or vodka (optional)


Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or small (3 oz/100 mL) paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially frozen then insert a wooden stick into the centre of each. Freeze until firm. To serve, peel off paper cup or run popsicle mold under warm water to loosen.

Makes almost 4 cups (1000 mL) or 10 (3 oz/100 mL) pops
