Spicy Green Chile Stew

pork cubes, 1 1/2" (3.5 cm), well trimmed |

kernel corn, drained |

diced mild green chilies |

Corn or flour tortillas |
Over medium-high heat, brown pork cubes in oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet. Add
remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve hot
with warm tortillas. Makes 8 servings.
