Thai Tenderloins

pork tenderloins |

hot pepper sauce |
| 1/4 cup |
(50 mL) |
orange juice |

grated rind of 1 orange |
| 1/4 cup |

chopped fresh cilantro |

cloves garlic, minced |

EACH soy sauce and peanut butter |

grated ginger root |

chicken broth |
Place pork tenderloins in a plastic bag set in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients
except chicken broth. Spoon over pork; close bag. Marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade. Place tenderloins on a foil-lined baking dish or
cookie sheet. Roast at 375ºF (190ºC) for 30 to 35 minutes. Meanwhile, combine reserved
marinade with chicken broth. Boil 3-4 minutes. Slice tenderloins; spoon sauce over to
serve. Makes 4-6 servings. Manitoba Pork Council
