Fun Fact
The Cheese Maker
Cheese bullet Cheese making is a long, hard process:
Step 1
is creating curds (solid chunks) and whey (liquid). The milk is soured by adding a culture to create the curds and whey, not soured by accident like when you leave the milk out on the counter!Step 2 the cheese maker drains the whey and presses the curds to form the cheese, then the cheese is left to ripen.
Step 3
is taking the ripened cheese and wrapping it up and selling it to the stores.
