The Manitoba Nutrition Supply in Event of a Pandemic: Analysis, Vulnerabilities and Risk Management Plans is a report commissioned by Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives through the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business, Transport Institute. The purpose was to assess and create a plan for the Manitoba situation in the event of a food shortage due to a pandemic. Included in the report are the plans, a summary and appendices. Funding for this project was made available under the Canada - Manitoba Agricultural Policy Framework.
