The Food Safety Program offered funding for pilot projects for the development and implementation of Manitoba HACCP Advantage or ISO 22000.
Three (3) food
processing facilities were
selected to participate in pilot
project studies. The processing
plants will take part in economic
studies which will include the
costs and benefits incurred by
adopting a food safety system.
They will also serve as demonstration facilities for other
processors. The processing facilities selected as pilots to implement Manitoba HACCP Advantage are:
