Cattlest Services has been specializing in the international marketing of high quality livestock and genetic materials, which is unique to the Province of Manitoba and other Canadian provinces since 1996. This includes exporting live breeding stock and bovine embryos.
The bulk of Cattlest Services' activities centre around supplying quality dairy cattle to dairy farms in the United States, particularly to farms located in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. Cattlest Services has been sending down complete herds of dairy cows, bred heifers and open heifers to the USA. These dairy sales have concentrated on Holsteins; however, we have also supplied Brown Swiss, Ayrshire and Jersey females to some clients.
In Mexico and South America, Cattlest Services has representatives working on behalf of the Company. Market focus has been on the sale of live breeding stock.
Cattlest Services can source cattle sight-unseen for clients, or broker cattle to buyers who prefer to make their own selections from lots represented by Cattlest Services. We ensure that sale cattle are current with acceptable vaccination protocols and are made export ready after selection. As well, we provide all of the documentation for customs officers and we usually accompany the cattle to the port of departure from Canada to oversee inspection procedures.
Cattlest Services is a bonded livestock dealer, licensed in Manitoba. For more information on the services provided by Cattlest Services, or to enquire about animal or embryo availability, please contact:
