Herd:

Our herd is a mix of breeds including Boer cross, Saanen, Alpine, and animals that are a cross of breeds.
Management:

We house our male goats in a feedlot and the females are ran on pasture and kept in the feedlot over the winter. All corrals are cleaned at least once a year and the barns are cleaned at least 2-3 times a week in the winter.
   

Herd Health:

We vaccinate and treat animals twice a year with "Glansvec", "Coopvex 8", and "Ivomec". We also provide vitamins at times when the animals need them the most. Hoof trimming is done when it is needed.
    

Marketing:

Most of our marketing is through Winnipeg Livestock yards, and direct off the farm sales. We usually just sell our bucks because we are still in the process of enlarging our herd.
