Application Forms
The ARDI application form is a 12-page document,
including four pages of detailed guidelines to make sure you’ve provided
all the information we need.
We’ve provided three ways for
you to view and print application forms:
You can also pick up an application form at any
Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives office or Agriculture
and Agri-Food Canada office. If you prefer to receive a hard copy
in the mail, send us an
e-mail with your name and address.
Sending in your application
Mail your application
to the ARDI Administrator at the Manitoba Association of Agricultural

*Please note that if you are
sending your application by e-mail or fax, you must follow up with an
original signed copy in order for the application to be reviewed by
