Applications

ARDI invites applications for project funding through advertisements and on its website, generally two or three times a year. Competition for grants is considerable and your project will be evaluated based on the information you supply in the application. Please take time to review the Application Guidelines before completing your application.

Applications Forms

Applications must be made on the Industry Innovation – Agri-Food Research and Development Initiative Program Application.

Applications are available in both PDF and a Word/Excel combination.

For help completing an application, contact a Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives Growing Opportunities Office; or call Manitoba Government Inquiry at 1-866-626-4862 for the GO Office nearest you.

Submitting Applications

Applicants must submit both an electronic and an original signed version of the application. Electronic applications must be e-mailed to the ARDI Administrator at cevenson@mts.net. Original signed applications must be sent to the ARDI Administrator by mail or courier.

Notification of Decisions

ARDI Council generally meets within two months of application deadlines to review applications. The ARDI Administrator will advise each applicant in writing of Council’s decision. Successful applicants will be required to enter into a contract with the ARDI Administrator. The contract will set out terms and conditions of the government contribution, including outcomes and payment schedules.
