In-Progress

Under the brand name, Prairie Bistro, P&B Agri-Tech Innovations Inc. intends to market three sauces; a velouté, a béchamel and a beef demi glaze sauce that will fill the market demand for innovative new products designed to streamline food preparation in restaurants.  These base sauces have been specially formulated and extensively tested by Chef and Prairie Bistro founder Larry de Vries to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality, taste and consistency while still being a very economical alternative to made from scratch bases.  The sauces are ready-to-serve and can be used as the base for many different sauces.  Basically the mother sauces are a blank slate for the creative chef to use in their cooking.  Seasonings, wines, purees, etc. can be added at will to create unique, tasty sauces quickly and easily.  The sauces will be packaged in convenient 1 litre tetra-paks by Great Plains Aseptic Processors.
