Our project is an
ongoing development of a successful bio-diesel satellite producer system.
It is intended to give farm cooperatives, towns and municipalities the
ability to operate a small efficient bio-diesel processor. We have designed
our own semi-portable reactor system based on a common frame of equipment.
We manufacture all of our own bio-diesel equipment and constantly seek ways
to make the production of bio-diesel an efficient and profitable business.
Currently we are developing other complimentary systems such as new uses
for glycerin to aid in more efficient livestock manure management and
direct power generation from bio-gases. Our goal is to supply equipment
which is self-sustaining, generating its own power and heat needs while
freeing excess power for use in adjacent livestock operations or
diversification into areas such as greenhouses. We envision an eventual
system of satellite bio-diesel processing plants to which we will provide
ongoing support while developing a glycerin processing and marketing
system. We hope to establish a training center for prospective producers
and operators and to aid in the support and quality of this system our
eventual goal is to provide the services of a small lab specifically for
testing fuel quality and providing all producers with a cost effective way
to manage fuel quality. Our whole concept is based on bringing a level of
efficiency and systems integration to bio-diesel production that will
encompass waste management and sustainability while being environmentally
responsible.
