Manitoba's EFP Process
Producers who participate in Manitoba’s EFP process will attend two facilitated workshops for an introduction to environmental farm planning, assistance in completing an EFP workbook, and the development of a customized farm action plan. The workshops are usually scheduled one to two weeks apart. Each workshop is a half day in duration.
Environmental Farm Plans are intended to be “living” documents.
Producers are encouraged to review their EFPs periodically to
record progress on their action plans and ensure ongoing
environmental sustainability of their operations.
