Schedule A - (1999)- LANDLORD’S ESTIMATE OF DEVELOPMENT COSTS  (used only where the landlord didn't enter into any life leases before December 1, 1999)

Landlord gives the form to an appraiser to review to confirm that the landlord's estimated costs for the project are reasonable.

Cancellation statement; landlord must give the statement to the tenant so the tenant knows about the 7-day cooling off period; if the cancellation statement is included in the life lease, it must be on the first page of the lease.

Schedule M (1999) - NOTICE OF LIFE LEASE  (all complexes)

Notice of life lease to be filed at Land Titles; landlords of existing projects must file by March 1, 2000; landlords of new projects must file within60 days of the occupancy date.

Notice of Rent Increase for Life Lease Rental Unit Owned by Non-Profit Landlord (Form 1.1) (2006)

Given to all tenants of non-profit complexes three calendar months before the rent increase is to take effect; tells the tenant how much the increase will be and how it was determined.
