New Electronic Form for Landlords
The Residential Tenancies Branch now offers landlords the opportunity to submit electronically their Application for Rent Increase Above the Guideline . Some of the benefits for using this form are:
- that all calculations are done automatically
- that it can be saved, allowing landlords to make changes or work on it at different times.
