2008 Livestock and Forage Assistance Programs

Many areas of the province had significant levels of rain in 2008 while others were excessively dry, both of which decimated many hay crops. Either yields were poor, the hay was ruined or it was so wet producers could not access the hay already baled. Financial assistance is available through the following programs:
