Being physically active is a great way to stay healthy and have fun.   Being “in motion” will mean you have more energy, feel stronger, have less stress and be more relaxed.  Make active choices like walking or cycling.  Walk, canoe, cross country ski in one of Manitoba’s provincial parks. Try new activities. Check with your local recreation department to learn more about resources and activities in your community.
