Pesticide Section - Pesticide Use Permits

Post Seasonal Report Application Form (revised April 2007)

Pesticides Regulation 94/88R (pdf 80KB)
Pesticides Regulation, amendment 47/2004 (pdf 61KB)

Section 10 of Manitoba Regulation 94/88R under The Environment Act states "Before the end of the calendar year for which a pesticide use permit is issued, the permit holder shall submit, to the department, a final report on a form provided by the department".

This final report on actual pesticide use is to be forwarded to Manitoba Conservation at the address located on the Form.

Please ensure that the applicator's licence number is current and correct.

Each pesticide (herbicide, insecticide, rodenticide, fungicide) is to be listed separately on the form, along with the Pest Control Product number located on the pesticide container label. This P.C.P. # allows exact determination of the product formulation used. There are also columns for quantity of pesticide used in LITRES and for total area treated in HECTARES. If the space allotted is insufficient, a separate sheet of paper may be used.

A map of the areas treated is required. Where practical, include the legal description of the land and show right-of-way applications. A colour code, or similar approach can be used to indicate where each type of pesticide was used.

Pesticide Use Permit holders should note that failure to comply with Section 10 of Manitoba Regulation 94/88R, will result in enforcement action.
