Wild Boar-at-Large in Manitoba

Declared Wild Boar Control Areas

On September 1, 2001, the Director of the Wildlife Branch declared the entire province a Wild Boar Control Area. Any resident of Manitoba can now shoot any wild boar at large anywhere in the province at any time of the year. For more information, please see the Declaration of Wild Boar Control Area.
