Getting There:  The subdivision is located on the Northwest Arm of Lake Athapapuskow. Dock and boat launch are located at Bakers Narrows.

Location and Description of Subdivision:  All lots in the subdivision are lakefront facing beautiful Lake Athapapuskow. The lots are spacious, well drained and treed with white spruce, balsam and poplar. This is an isolated subdivision, approximately 20 minutes by boat from the nearest government boat launch.  

Services:  Full services and amenities are provided at Cranberry Portage with limited services available at Bakers Narrows.  Flin Flon is 20 minutes north of Bakers Narrows and provides hospital, RCMP, airport and other large centre services.  This subdivision has no Hydro, MTS, or direct road access.
