The Manitoba Remote Sensing Centre (MRSC) was established in 1973 to provide operational services which include the coordination, monitoring and application of remote sensing technology to help sustain earth resources. Our services include a needs analysis based on an existing conditions review. Applications are defined and recommendations are put forward. An implementation plan can be developed based on data requirements.

MRSC will carry out project work for a client by taking charge of the project's operational development and management, or MRSC will train client staff, giving them technical support they need to carry out the project themselves. MRSC will also work on joint ventures with clients providing the support required by the client.
