Camp Morton Cabins

Camp Morton cabinLocated just an hour away from Winnipeg, visitors love staying in these rustic log cabins. There are six single, two-bedroom units, which can accommodate up to six people. The eight-duplex, one-bedroom units can handle a maximum of four people.

These cabins are in Camp Morton Provincial Park on the western shore of Lake Winnipeg, approximately 7 kilometres (4.5 miles) north of Gimli. The park can be reached by either PTH 8 or PTH 9.

Cabins contain comfortable, rustic furniture, electricity, a refrigerator, stove and sink. Cabin housekeeping supplies include a broom, dust-pan, mop, pail and garbage bags.

Guests at either Camp Morton or Hecla family vacation cabins are responsible for their own sleeping bags, pillows, food, eating and cooking utensils.
