2007 was a great year for the Yurt program in Manitoba's provincial parks! Most locations were completely booked during the peak season and most weekends. More and more customers are finding out what these new accommodations have to offer.

Kiche Manitou will add another 4 yurts to be constructed for the 2008 season. This will complete the plans for this location and bring our total to 38 yurts on the provincial landscape in Asessippi, Bakers Narrows, Clearwater (Campers Cove), Spruce Woods (Kiche Manitou) and the Whiteshell (Nutimik Lake) Provincial Parks.

So don't forget, yurt reservations open the first Monday in February for the 2008 season. You can make your reservation on-line or by calling toll-free 1-888-482-2267 or in Winnipeg at 948-3333.
