- Cottager’s Handbook Revision – The section on Planning and Installing a Sewage Disposal System has been replaced with the Homeowner’s Manual for Onsite Wastewater Management Systems, except for the special locations within certain Provincial Parks which have remained the same. Applications for OSWM are to be sent directly to the appropriate Environment Officer in your area.
