Paint Lake Provincial Park

Paint Lake Provincial Park offers a wide variety of activities for active minds and bodies. Interpreters offer first rate school programming from mid-May to September. Topics include geology, First Nations culture, ecosystems, fur trade history, plants and wildlife. Resource officers can also lead school groups through a practical winter survival program in the chilly months. Paint Lake Provincial Park also has attractions like sandy beaches, picnic tables and fire pits to help accommodate and entertain large groups. Paint Lake is located just 25 minutes SW of Thompson.
