What to see and do
Paint Lake Provincial Park
Misty Paint Lake morning
Paint Lake, with its countless islands, is the centerpiece of this park. Around every corner, from every small bay, the lake offers you a different view of the grand northern landscape. The enticing waters, and rugged Precambrian Shield make this area a magnet for outdoor adventurers.

Where to Stay
At Paint Lake, two campgrounds provide basic and electrically serviced sites. Group campsites are also available. A lodge in the park offers you added comforts year-round.

Park Directions
Leaving Thompson on PTH 6, drive south 32 km/19.9 mi. to Paint Lake. To reach Pisew Falls travel 50 km/ 31.1 mi. further south on PTH 6.
