The Canadian Beverage Container Recycling Association (CBCRA) has submitted a plan to the Manitoba government outlining a program to collect and recycle beverage containers

The program proposes to expand recycling opportunities for Manitobans at parks, restaurants, gas stations, fairs, festivals and other public locations to achieve a 75% recovery target.
