Tire Stewardship Manitoba (TSM) has submitted a new five year plan to continue recycling scrap tires in Manitoba. TSM is a not-for-profit corporation representing the tire industry.

The program is responsible for managing all types of tires and tubes sold in the province. Since its launch in 2008, TSM has helped recycle over 12,000 tonnes of tires annually.
