You require an elk hunting licence to hunt this species in Manitoba. Elk licences are available only through the draw program.

Licences are valid only on property owned by the licence holder.

Definitions

• "Antlered" or "bull" means an elk with antlers more than 10 cm. (4 in.) in length.
• "Antlerless" means an elk that is not "antlered."
