Performance Measures
The following section provides information on key performance measures for the department for the 2006-2007 reporting year. This is the second year in which all Government of Manitoba departments have included a Performance Measurement section, in a standardized format, in their Annual Reports. That process was begun in 2005 with the release of the document, Reporting to Manitobans on Performance, 2005 Discussion Document, which can be found at www.gov.mb.ca/finance/pdf/performance.pdf.
Performance indicators in departmental Annual Reports are intended to complement financial results and provide Manitobans with meaningful and useful information about government activities, and their impact on the province and its citizens.
