French Wellness Activity: Danielle Cloutier – Collège universitaire de Saint—Boniface – Do you want to know one of the best secrets to vitality? Join Danielle as she guides you through various exercises and breathing techniques to build energy. See for yourself how these exercises can help with insomnia, improve digestion, and provide energy. Dress in comfortable clothing and shoes.
English Wellness Activity: Groove to the Music - Christine Brewer, MFC Certified Fitness leader and Personal Trainer. The fitness class will get you movin' and groovin'. It is a fun filled hour designed for all ages, shapes and sizes! No dance experience required! Wear a good pair of shoes and some bright funky colors! If you can move...... you can Groove!!
Speaker: Phyllis Reid-Jarvis will combine several short lectures with various group and individual exercises to make for an interactive session. Participants will be coached on the use of a health map to design personal and work-related health and wellness goals. Participants will leave with tangible and practical health solutions that they can implement immediately.
