Opening Doors Renews Manitoba’s Commitment to Manitobans with Disabilities

On June 4, 2009, the Minister Responsible for Persons with Disabilities released a discussion paper on a long-term disability strategy entitled Opening Doors: Manitoba's Commitment to Persons with Disabilities.

The goal of Opening Doors is to renew and build upon the vision and principles outlined in Full Citizenship: A Manitoba Provincial Strategy on Disability. The date to send responses and briefs to Opening Doors has closed. We will continue to update the DIO website concerning Opening Doors activities as the process moves forward.
