Provides individual assessments of job search need and assistance to develop skills in resume writing, interview techniques and accessing the hidden job market. Participants may attend a Job Finding Club and may be matched to open job orders. Immigrant Employment Assistance Services (IEAS)

Offers career counselling, job search skills, employment preparation workshops and information on education training opportunities.  IEAS will make appropriate referrals to English language training for unemployed and underemployed immigrants who are under Benchmark Level 5.  The project has access to interpreters, notarized translation services and settlement workers.
