Bedding, Upholstered and Stuffed Articles Regulation
of The Public Health Act

It provides for the regulation of any company or individual that manufactures and/or renovates stuffed articles that are offered for sale in Manitoba.

This regulation covers the various labels that must be affixed to the articles indicating new material, reworked material or used goods. It also covers the size and color of these labels.
