Application Fee

The Residential Tenancies Branch charges a processing fee for all Applications for a Rent Increase Above the Guideline.  For a complex with three unitsor fewer, the fee is $150.00; for a complex with four or more units, the fee is $500.00.

A landlord must submit the fee along with the application.  The Branch will not begin to process any application until the fee is received.
