To Obtain Authorization to Use the Orders System

Step 1 - Review the Information on the Orders System

Step 3 - Download the Subscriber Application Form and the Subscriber Agreement Form. < PDF format >
Step 4 - Make cheques/money orders payable to the Minister of Finance and mail application form with payment to:

Attn : Orders System Clerk

Once we receive the Subscriber Application Form and the Subscriber Agreement Form, they will be processed within 10 working days.  You will receive your userid and password in the mail.
