• The Building and Recovery Action Plan consists of special compensation programs for residents and livestock producers around Lake Manitoba, residents in the Hoop and Holler controlled release point area and economic stimulus programs for communities affected by heavy rain and flooding.
• Disaster Financial Assistance program provides compensation for residents, business and municipalities affected by flooding but located outside of the Lake Manitoba area.
• Agri-Recovery offers a package of programs for agricultural producers.
