Building Independence Resource Directory

The Building Independence Resource Directory (BIRD) provides a list of programs that may be available to Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) participants. Program descriptions are sorted according to the type of intervention. EIA participants must receive prior approval from their Case Coordinator/counselor before starting a program.

Note: Programs that used to be listed in Job Readiness Training are now listed in Pre-Employment
