Service Provider Financial Reporting Requirements

A large proportion of the budget allocated to the Department of Family Services and Consumer Affairs is paid to external Service Providers. These external Service Providers therefore share the accountability requirements placed on the Department of Family Services and Consumer Affairs for the use of public funds.

Accordingly, all Service Providers who receive ongoing funding from the Department of Family Services and Consumer Affairs are requested to provide information regarding their organization. The information is required by the Department to ensure that funds are being used for the purpose intended and to monitor the programs provided by the various Service Providers.

The following requirements form the standard basis of financial reporting for all Service Providers.
