Program Description Single parents with child(ren) under 6 years of age and receive EIA, spouse of a person with a disability with dependent children and currently receiving EIA;working families with dependent child(ren) and currently receiving EIA;or lower-income families with dependent child(ren) and not currently receiving EIA with annual family income. (See www.cra-arc.gc.ca and select CCTC for eligibility guidelines). Tailored to the specific needs of the individual participants and may include combinations of the following: needs/skills assessment; labour market information; job search assistance supports; literacy skills; job-focused education /skills training; and job placement.

Program will offer individualized and project-based delivery models for training and employment opportunities. Financial assistance; contracts negotiated on a case-by- case basis. Participant supports may be available.
