Program Description The Educational Assistanct Diploma Program at the University of Winnipeg supplies both the theoretical and practical knowledge required to make you a more effective and confident presence in the classroom for both the teacher and the student.

The pediatric Kinesio Therapy Certificate of Achievement program provides the theoretical and ptractical knowledge needed to make EAs more effective with children in the school system who may be mobility challenged. This program focuses on skill development including gross and fine motor skills, use of adaptive equipment and tools, and creating inclusiveness through adaptation.

They will acquire a practical understanding of exceptional children and how to help them, and an understanding of language development, human development and how students learn.
