| Program Description |
To help people find out if construction is right for them and provide basic training to assist people entering the field. Participants may seek employment through the Floodway Referral Service, but the ITC course is not limited to training candidates for that project. Participants may be interested in applying for construction projects in Winnipeg or elsewhere.
The ITC course is not a guarantee of employment, it is designed to enhance the employability of job seekers and to address the shortage of skilled workers in the construction industry.
