CCOHow much will you earn?

While the amount you make depends where you work, recent provincial funding increases to licensed non-profit centres now enable salaries to be paid at a level recommended by the Manitoba Child Care Association (MCCA). This scale was developed as a guideline. Some centres have adopted it as is. Others have customized it to reflect the job titles and responsibilities of staff in their centres. Some have revised the scale to recognize and reward the post diploma training of an ECE III, or the Child Care Assistant who has participated in professional development.
