    Classification, Investigation Authorization (IA) and a Record of Child Care Employee (RCCE) are required for each employee. An IA will not be processed unless listed on the RCCE and classified by Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care (other than substitutes).

    This training information will show you how to access the online report feature using the Internet. Questions regarding online facility reporting can be referred to your Subsidy Advisor.
  • Record of Child Care Employee Training (PDF document - 812 kb)
    This training information will show you how to access and use the online Record of Child Care Employees. The online RCCE benefits centres by allowing them to:
    • update/modify their employee records online
    • view online results of proportion of trained staff calculation
    • add new employees to their records online
    • remove existing employees from their records
    • use the online RCCE to track their employees for their own records
  • Record of  Child Care Residents Training (PDF document - 617 kb)
    The Record of Child Care Residents (RCCR) is an online list of all residents and staff of a home that a family/group child care home operates out of. This training information will show you:
    • how to access the record online
    • view current and historical records
    • add/modify/remove residents or staff from the list
