Rental Guidelines and Security Deposits

If you live in rented housing, Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) will pay your rent up to a maximum rate. EIA may also help you pay your damage or security deposit up to half of one month's rent guideline rate. Please talk to your worker if you need a damage or security deposit.

Maximum Rent Rates

If you get EIA benefits and live in private rented housing, EIA will pay your rent up to the following maximum rates:
