Appendix XV - Memorandum of Understanding

1. The Memorandum of Understanding is completed to define the terms of ownership for the purchase and/or loan of technical aids and devices through the marketAbilities Individualized Training Fund.
2. Any equipment that is purchased with 75 percent of funding from the marketAbilities Program is owned by the Program, until the participant has clearly demonstrated an ability to use the equipment, and has established an ongoing vocational or employment related use or requirement for the equipment.
