As Manitoba’s Minister of Family Services and Housing, I am pleased to welcome you to our website. We are committed to keeping you informed about the many social services we provide Manitobans in collaboration with other departments and community organizations. I recognize and appreciate the importance of engaging the broader community and building capacity to address social challenges within Manitoba. I know how important it is to support children and their families and to provide more opportunities for persons with disabilities to be fully included in mainstream society and the economy. I am proud of the many programs our department provides and believe they help strengthen Manitoba families and build capacity, while reflecting and respecting our province’s great diversity.
