The Diabetes and Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Workshop (CDEN Workshop) was held on February 8 and 9, 2007 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This workshop was a continuing education and networking opportunity for health professionals and providers in Manitoba and NW Ontario who plan, develop and/or deliver education to people with or at risk for diabetes and other chronic diseases.
