Regional Diabetes Program - Share and Learn Workshop 2008
The Manitoba Regional Diabetes Program Share and Learn Workshop was held on January 17 and 18, 2008 at the Canad Inn (Polo Park) in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The purpose of this workshop was to recognize and celebrate the progress made to date in implementing the Regional Diabetes Program Framework; exchange information to facilitate collaboration and joint priority setting; and identify regional opportunities, challenges and next steps in the ongoing implementation of the Regional Diabetes Program Framework province-wide.
